By accessing or using Bluefin Designs’s website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.
The site and our services
The site provides information about our outdoor living design and build services. Submitting a contact form or quote request does not create a contract for services. A project relationship is formed only when Bluefin Designs and a client sign a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Don’t attempt to access systems or data you’re not authorized to access.
- Don’t scrape, crawl, or copy the site at scale without our written permission.
- Don’t upload viruses, malware, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
Content and intellectual property
All text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Bluefin Designs or used with permission. You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other uses require our written consent.
Project photographs depict completed work by Bluefin Designs. Reuse of those images is not permitted without express permission.
User submissions
When you submit information, photos, or files through our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that material for the purpose of preparing your quote, planning your project, and following up with you. We will not publish your submitted content publicly without your permission.
Third-party links
The site may include links to third-party sites. We aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and including a link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and operational, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluefin Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data or profits.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina.
